For years I've lived in the back office of online businesses. The inboxes. The launches. The 47 open tabs. The SOPs nobody wrote down until I did.
I'm also a military spouse and a mom of three, which means I know exactly what it feels like to be sitting at the dinner table while your brain is still in your inbox. Been there. Burned out there.
So here's what I believe. You don't need more hustle. You need structure. Structure is the riverbanks that let the river flow.
